Are you looking to improve your fitness with a higher intensity work out? Body Blast might be for you.
This is a 30-minute cardio-based strength session. Giving options for high impact or low impact variations on exercises.
This session will improve the function of your heart and lungs while increasing your strength and power. This is suited to participants of a more intermediate - advanced level of fitness. If you are brand new to exercise or this style of training, it is recommended trying a block of Body Tone or Tone30 before moving to body blast.
