If you are wanting to strengthen your legs and back or even grow your glutes this class is for you! Booty Blitz is a lower body weights-based class, focusing on correct form and technique. Regular attendance to this class will improve the strength of your legs, bum, back and overall core strength, while also improving your posture. We work in a 5-week block (just like a gym programme) in hopes to increase strength and improve form and knowledge of exercises. For best results, regular attendance is recommended .

This is performed in a small group setting, which creates a great community feel as the group works together!

This class caters for all levels but it is up to each participant to listen to their body and take adaptions shown or rest when required.
