My Easy Flow Pilates class is a slower paced mat Pilates class. This class is most suitable for anyone brand new to Pilates, exercise or for someone returning from time off exercise or injury.
This class will focus on improving strength, mobility, flexibility and breath work all while at a slower pace. We work on a 5 week block basis and build slowly over the 5-week period to see progression in your body and the movements.
I ask that all participants be able to get up and down off the floor comfortably. It is up to each participant to listen to their body and take adaptions shown or rest when required.
