This mat-based class focuses on strength, stability, posture, flexibility, all while connecting your breath to the movements. We will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.

We work on a 5-week block basis starting off slightly easier week 1 and 2, progressing our moves from week 3 - 5. Regular attendance during the block will ensure progress in strength, mobility, flexibility and knowledge. 

This class caters for all levels but it is up to each participant to listen to their body and take adaptions shown or rest when required. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.
