If you are new to weights training or returning after a long break and want to increase your strength and improve your fitness, this is for you. We work on a programme alternating between: Strength based training, focused on form and technique, And Fitness based training, including higher intensity work to improve the function of your heart and lungs. It is up to each participant to listen to their body and take adaptions shown or rest when required. This may not be suited participants with some heart conditions.
