We will start the day off with check in, meet and greet ☺
We will the start into our Bootcamp session! This will be suitable for beginners up to advanced (once you know how to squat & plank etc…you’ll be fine 😂)
After our Sweat session & a little break of course, we will start into our Pilates session, suitable for all levels 😉
We will finish off with some yoga style movement to stretch out☺
There will also be fab goodie bags on the day 🥳
We will then have a brunch buffet, tea, coffee etc hosted by the cafe at Galtee escape. ☕ Plenty of chats & laughs to finish off the day 🤍
