This is a 30minute weights-based session. We will improve strength and endurance during this time efficient strength workout. Combining upper and lower body movements ensuring we get the most out of our time while improving our form and technique. We will also work up a sweat here but don't worry there is no jumping. If you are brand new to weight training, I would recommend to try a 5-week block of Body Tone before moving to Tone30 to ensure familiarity with the movements. 

It is up to each participant to listen to their body and take adaptions shown or rest when required.
